Class Information for St. Mark's
Disciple - Apocrypha Bible Study Group

Dr. Jim Clardy leads a Disciple format study 
of the Apocrypha. The Apocrypha includes writings/books which are not considered canonical by the Protestant Church.  But they are included as parts of the Bible in the Roman Catholic Church, The Greek Orthodox Church, and the Russian Orthodox Church.  Many other churches consider these books to be very important and study them with the intent of discerning their inherent value.

In this study on Sunday evenings, beginning January 26, 2014, we will together move through these books in a deliberate way, mining the gold that is found there. The class begins at 5:00 P.M. in room 1203 and concludes at 7:00 P.M. Please consult the study guides which are available below.
